Basls of Indepondent examin•fs report
My examlnatlon YRS carrled out in accordance with the General Dlrecfjons given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examination indudes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also Includes consideration of any
unusual items or dlsclosures in the accounts. and seeklng explanations from you as trustees
conceming any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would
be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the ac￿)Unts a ttrue and
fair and the report is limlted to those mattors set out in the statement below.

In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attentS0n:
(1) which glves m8 reasonable cause to believe that in any material resped the requirements
to keep a(xounting racords in accordance wlth section130 of the 2011 ACL and
to prepa￿ account5 which accord wryth the accounting records and comply wlth the
accounting r8quir8ments of the 2011 Act
