Independent Examiners Report to the Thistees
Chapel House Christian Fellowship
Charity no 1051877
I report on the accounts of the Trnst for the year ended 31 March 2024
which are set out above.
As the charity's trustees you are reswnsible for the accourjts and for the preparation thereof: you consider that
the audit requirement of section 46(2) of th¢ charities Act 1993 (the Act) does not apply. It is my responsibility
to state, on the basis of the procedures specified in the general directions given to th¢ Charity Commissioners
under se¢tion 42 (b) of the ACL whether particular matters have ¢om¢ to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examiners Statement
My examination was &qrried out in accordance with the Genernl Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners. An ¢￿qMinatIon includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a
comparision of thoses accounts with those records. It also includes a consideration of any unusual items or
dislosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you trustees concerning such matters. The procedures
undertak¢n do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently I do not
express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent Examiner's Statement
In Connection with my examination. No matter has come to my attention:
Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements:
to keep accounting ffcords in accordance with section 41 of the Act: and
to prepare accounts which accord with the a¢counting records and to comply with the accounting
requirem¢nts of the Act
have not been met: or
to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to reach a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached
