As the charity's trustees you are reswnsible for the accourjts and for the preparation thereof: you consider that the audit requirement of section 46(2) of th¢ charities Act 1993 (the Act) does not apply. It is my responsibility to state, on the basis of the procedures specified in the general directions given to th¢ Charity Commissioners under se¢tion 42 (b) of the ACL whether particular matters have ¢om¢ to my attention. Basis of Independent Examiners Statement My examination was &qrried out in accordance with the Genernl Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An ¢￿qMinatIon includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparision of thoses accounts with those records. It also includes a consideration of any unusual items or dislosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you trustees concerning such matters. The procedures undertak¢n do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
