Objects: To Provide Or Assist In Providing Facilities (Including But Not Limited To An All Weather Athletics Track And Associated Stadia) For Recreation Physical Education Or Other Leisure Time Occupation In Or In Connection With The Area Of East Kent And Its Neighbourhood Such Facilities Being Provided In Accordance With The Following Sub-Paragraphs Of This Sub-Clause Namely:- (1)The Facilities To Be Provided Shall Be Facilities Available To The Public At Large And In Particular To Blind And Disabled Persons (11)Special Facilites May Be Provided For Persons Who By Reason Of Their Youth Age Infirmity Or Disablement Poverty Or Social Or Economic Circumstances May Have Need For Special Facilities.
