In Addition To This, The Terms Of Occupancy Of Each Beneficiary Will Be Such That The Charity Trustees By A Formal Legal Document (Tenancy Agreement) May Re-Obtain Possession Of The Premises If The The Facilities Were Needed For A More Deserving Beneficiary (The Charity Will Take Legal Advice In This Object In Order To Avoid Creating A Secure Tenancy).
