**Objects:** TO RELIEVE AND PREVENT SUFFERING CAUSED BY MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILL-HEALTH OR BY SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE BY ESTABLISHING MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING A SUPPORT SERVICE IN PLYMOUTH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FOR THE GIVING OF INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP INFORMATION, ADVICE SUPPORT, COUNSELLING AND TRAINING.

**Activities:** The charity was set up to help young people from Plymouth and the surrounding area, aged under 25 years, reach their full potential by providing access to accredited, confidential and free information, advice and guidance delivered by paid staff and trained volunteers. We also provide  access to a range of additional commissioned services for enhanced and targeted provision.
