**Activities:** Carers Trust East Midlands provides short breaks for carers across England.  Our charitable objective is to relieve the stresses experienced by carers and their beneficiaries.  We achieve this by delivering the highest quality of care to people in their own homes, which allows the carer to take a short break from their caring responsibilities.
