Objects: The Organisation Is Established:(a) For The Relief,rehabilitation And Mental And Moral Improvement Of Prisoners And Ex-Offenders So To Develop The Physical,mental And Spiritual Capacities Of Such Persons That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of The Society. (B)to Undertake Such Projects And Activities As May Be Deemed Necessary To Relieve Poverty, Advance Education And Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For The Benefit Of All Members Of The Community Regardless Of Sex, Race, Colour, Political Opinion, Religious, Sexual Orientation Or Gender, But With Priority Given To Prisoners And Ex-Offenders.
