Independent Examiners Report to the trustee of The Shah Jalal Muslim Society l$lamlc Centre
I report to the trustees on my examination of the flnanclal statements of The Shah Jalal Muslim Soclety
Islamic Centre for the year ended 31 March 2023.
Responslbilities and basis of report
As the charity's trustee you are responslble for the preparatlon of the financial statements in accordance
wlth the requirements of the Charltles Act 2011 ('the Act'}.
I report In respect ol my examinatlon of the charlty's flnanclal statements carrled out under sectlon 145 of
the 2011 Act and in carrylng out my examination I have followed all the appllcable Dlrectlons given by the
Charity Commlsslon under sectlon 14515)Ib) of the Act.
Independ8nt examlner's statement
I have comp16ted my examinatlon. I can conflrm that no materlal matters have Come to my att8ntlon in
connectlon with the examination glvlng me cause to believe that in any materlal respect:
the accountlng records were not kept In respect of the charlty as required by sectlon 130 01 the Act., or
the flnanclal statem8nts do not accord wlth those records., or
the flnanclal statements do not comply wlth th& appllcab18 r8quirements concernlng th8 lorm and
