Objects: To Provide Computer Equipment And Computing Programmes For The Free Use Of Children And Adults With Mental And Physical Disabilities In The Area Of The County Of Portsmouth And South East Hampshire In Order To Develop The Educational Capabilities And Leisure Activities Of Such Persons. To Design And Adapt Toys And Play Equipment With The Special Needs Of Children With Mental And Physical Disabilities In Mind Thereby Facilitating The Development Of Educational Capabilities And The Enhancement Of Leisure Activities.
