The Preschool's governing document is it's Constitution and the Presch¢)ol is a body in membership of the Preschool L￿rning AlliJnce.
The Preschool'5 committee are responsible for the overall management and control of the Preschool.
Tho Committee members are also the charity trustees of the Preschool.
Committee members are appointed annually at the Preschool Annual General Meetin& by the members of the Preschool.
C. Objectives and Ktsvities
The aims of the Preschool are to enhance the development and education of chlldren primarlly under statutory school •p by encouraeing parents to understand and provide for
the needs of their children through community groups and by offering appropriate play, education and care facilitles for all children wh4t•var th•ir race. culture, religion, means
or ability.
DAthievement and performance
Occupancy continues to rise, with each intake to the primary school.
Rachel Coleman has been manaeer since October 2020, We have taken on More members of staff to help with
supporting the children of South Wingfield Pre•school play Iroup.
Throuzhout this year we have had a waitin£ list of pre-school children wantin£ to join.

Reserves
It is Preschool policy to maintain a balance on unrestricted fvnds. rf possible, which equates to at least one rMnths unrestrirted payments, equivalent to £4 4CM). The balanc• held
of £23,760 exceeds this target.
Financial Review
Total receipts were £76k, an increase of Ellk from last year -attributed to the reputatlon of the pre$chc￿l£8nerIt1ng more Interest and an effort to get to near full occupancy.
Wage costs are higher, both forthe extra cover and Increase In National minimum and living wage.
Accounts have been kept up to date.
We have managed to do some fund raisingthis year whlch has helped a lot.
£126 raised at the raffle on sports day," £171.40 raised at the summer fair.
The net result forthe year was an excess of receipts over paymants of £10.114, this is due to increased numbers in children attending pre-school.

Independent examiner's report to the trustees of South Wingfield Preschool Playgroup
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity forthe year ended 31 August 2021,
which are set out on page 3.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the charities Art 2011 (the Act).
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the charty are not required to be audited under sertion 144(2)
of the 2011 Art and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of the
charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out the examination I have
followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charty Commission under section 145(5){b) of the Act.
Independent examlner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in connertion with
the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
I the accounting records were not kept In accordance with sertion 130 of the Charities Act . or
2 the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
3 the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content
of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2CK)8 other than any
requirement that the accounts give a "true and fair" view which is not a matter considered as part
of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connertion with the examination to which
attention should be drawn in this report in orderto enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
