Aim and Developments

The mercy of God has been the saving grace for many nations of the world due to the global crisis most especially the Ukraine and Russia war which has led to higher cost of living around the world, UK not excluded. Years later, since 2022, February the war in Ukraine still continues with a devastating experience for those that are cut in the war - our prayers goes to them, all. Coupled with the Russia and Ukraine war came the Mideast crises, most especially between Israel and Hamas in Gaza but not exclusively.

The global crisis prompted us to embark on various projects geared essentially to support the local community, the vulnerable people, adults and children alike.

At Wisdom House what we wanted to experience is real and enduring change in the way we deliver our services to the community we serve; so, it’s being a pleasure to have seen enormous changes cum challenges in our modus operandi in the last twelve months despite the interruption caused by global cost of living crisis which impacted on our normal delivery of services.

Through the help of the Almighty God, we were able to make terrific progress on our commitment to achieve breakthroughs in all areas of our ministry operations most especially on the provision of community services working with some clients from Redbridge council through the help of social work students on placement with our organisation and this has been progressing well during this reporting year.

Our social work students on placement, our team of volunteers in-house as well as wisdom house permanent staff worked well to achieve our goals for year 2024 to 2025. The trustees were not left out to give their support towards the smooth running of the organisation.

It is worth mentioning that there were disruptions to our operations and service

deliveries since we had to vacate the premises we occupied in the last 17 years due to the fact that the landlord decided to sell the property.

New Stuff

In this current reporting year (2024/2025), we were able to work with the Essex University only. They sent us social work students, MSC students only for 70 days.

Partnership

Wisdom House College which was approved on the 5th January 2017 is no longer functioning. As at the moment, the college is not operational but we hope to revisit this project in the near future.

IMPACT PROJECT

I believe there is a very clear conviction that these breakthroughs are not only possible but that the avoidable hardship of people who access our services abroad through our Wisdom House Global Mission is simply no longer acceptable.

The high cost of living around the globe had in a way helped us to intensify our efforts to support our service users and the community more than the previous years in providing food through our food bank project, thanks to Aldi, Lidl and M & S working in partnership for making the project a reality through constant supply of surplus to the needy in the community which has been facilitated by neighbourly.

All this require us to become even more effective, efficient, and flexible in approach by creating long-term, sustainable solutions in supporting people who needed our services.

This reporting year (2024/2025), we were able to support a number of people financially and otherwise in United Kingdom, Kenya and Nigeria, the support we gave around the world has since intensified in the last 120 months but in all this we give all the glory to God, Almighty.

We can confidently say that we have increasing levels of sophistication, expertise, awareness and support; our commitment to effecting real change for all our partners worldwide is unwavering.

We are more determined to be an agent of change and progress.

Without gainsaying, last year’s progress provides a strong platform from which to push forward and meet even more ambitious targets.

The Lagos church was birth with the property acquired on 2 years lease basis in October 2024 but comes with massive renovations and refurbishment. The operation on ground is still skeletal at the moment but we are confident that things will pick up with time.

Wisdom House is confident that our greatest achievements lie ahead.

We believed that we could continue to build this momentum and garner even wider support to achieve real and enduring changes in the delivery of our services to the wider world most especially through our print media, face book, YouTube and other social media platforms.

The Timeless Wisdom weekly broadcast has stopped completely for now as we are looking into the possibility of using other cheap social media platforms available to us, this is in a bid to save money channelling resources to where it is most needed.

HRMC, reclaim programme has really helped us tremendously to further reach out to more people. Every little helps: HMRC has been of a tremendous help financially through the charity claim scheme and we get support from our donors through tithes, offerings, special donations and which has enable us to continue to make a difference in peoples’ lives around the world.

What a joy to see people fulfilling destinies through the support we are rendering all around the world.

We are glad to submit all required documents before the deadline set by Charity Commission. We are confident that year 2024/2025 will be a far better year in our organisation than the previous year as high cost of living is making life unbearable for several people. Thank God inflation and interest rates are falling rapidly which might have positive effect on peoples’ living standard.

APPRECIATION

We are grateful to our Staff, Volunteers, Partners, Institutions and agencies with whom we worked together to achieve change and who made what we do possible. Working together with all the agencies have given us a boost. We currently have our base in THURROCK.

This reporting year we were able to work with Waltham International College too as we were part of their various business workshops and seminars.

FUTURE AMBITIONS

We hope to resume our television ministry in due course. The television ministry reaches millions of people weekly which makes our ministry to be without walls.

We also hope to start an internet television station soon, hopefully in the foreseeable future.

It’s our strongest desire to continue to invest in Lives thereby making a Difference in the world of duplicates.

Our Theme in this ministry in year 2025 was: RAPID TURNAROUND and A DECADE OF THE SUPERNATURAL.

God is AWESOME, ever faithful, loving, caring and a great PROVIDER
