THIS IS ACHIEVED BY EDUCATING CHILDREN ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF DRUG MISUSE, PROVIDING THEM WITH A MEANS TO RESIST THE TEMPTATION TO EXPERIMENT, WITHIN A HEALTH PROMOTION FRAMEWORK, AND BY MOBILISING THE SUPPORT OF THE WHOLE COMMINUTY IN THIS ENDEAVOUR.
