	I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
	charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended31/08/2021.
Responsibilities and	As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
basis of report	accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
	(“the Act”).
	I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out
	under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I	under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

Gantry Youth Theatre AGM (Year 23124) Chairs Report 9th May 2025 Firstly, l just wanted to take a minute to thank each and every on, to come along tonight. I'm sure many of you know that without your presence we wouli with tonight's AGM. We will, as always, keep it as short as we po! l am delighted to be able to stand here and say that our financial Currently all of our classes are running at the numbers "accep however, one or two of the classes are running at numbers bi continue to recommend Gantry to our friends, to our children Gantry as much as we can on Social Media. In January 2024 we performed our Panto Cinderella and in Juli Jnr. both a resounding success, however a special mention to t surpassed all of our expectations, with the tickets sells doing Vi so much funl The Theatrescope class also performed Seussical in May 2024, determination of our flagship musical theatre class really shine Of course, production teams, tutors and assistants play a huge are lucky enough to have an extremely dedicated team who st shine in everything they do. For this we are extremely grateful. On that note l also want to extend a huge thank you to all of 01 show up to help out when we need it. Without our volunteers run, they are the cogs that keep us turning year after year, the, weekends to support whatever we have going on. Thank you ti We also need to extend a huge thank you to Nigel Read who o, checks them before they are sent off to the CharitWs Commissi As we start proceedings, l just want to say that I have decided I for me to hand the Chairperson baton over to someone else, I I at the helm and certainly couldn't have done it without the hel committee.
