I report to the tTUSte9 on my exarrination of the financlal statements of Rlchmond Methodlst Prlmary
School Fund {'the charitY) for tha year ended 31 March 2024.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the trustee of the charlty yau are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in
accordance with the requirements of lh8 Charit16s Act 2011 ('th6 Act')-
I report In respect of my examination of the charivs financial statements carried out under section 145
of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my oxamination I have followod all the applicable Diractions given
by the Charty Commission under section 145(51{b} of the Act.

I have complat8d my 8xamination. I conflrm that no materlal matters have come to my attenlion In
connectlon wlth the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by sedion 130 of tlie
Act,, or
the financial statements do not accord wllh those records., or
the financi81 statements do not comply with the applicabl8 requirements concerning the form
and content of accounts s8t out in th& Charill8s {Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008
other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'lrue and falrf vlew which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to

These financial statements have been prepared in complianc8 With FRS 102, 'The Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland,, the Statement of
Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard appllcable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 102) {Charitias
SORP (FRS 10211 and the Charities Act 2011.
Accounting pollcles
Basis of preparatlon
The financial stalements have been prepared on the historical cost basls, as modified by the
revalualion of ￿rtain financial assets and liabilltles and investment prop8rli8s measured at fair
value through income or expenditure.
The financial statements are prepared In sterting, which is the functional currency of the entity.
Going concem
There are no material uncertainties about the charity's abllity to continue.
Judgements and key sources of estlmatlon uncertainty
The preparation of the financial statements requires managemenl to make judgements,
estimates and assumptlons Ihat affect the amounts reported. These estimates and judgements
are continually reviewed and are based on experience and other f8clors, including expectstions of
future events that 8re believed to be reasonable under the circumstances.
Fund accounting
Unrastricted funds are available for use at Ihe discrelion of the trustees to further any of the
charity's purposes.
Designated funds are unrestricted funds earmarkad by the trustee for particular future project or
commitment.
Restricted funds are subjected to restrictions on their expenditure declared by the donor or
through Ihe temis of an appeal, and fall into c>n8 of two sub-classes- restricted incoma funds or
gndowment funds.
