**Objects:** TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF THE PATIENTS OF YAXLEY HEALTH CENTRE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY; TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS BY THE PROVISION OF A MEDICAL LIBRARY AND MEDICAL RESOURCE CENTRE AND HEALTH PROMOTIONS MEETINGS.

**Activities:** To protect and preserve the health of, and advance the education on health matters of the patients of Yaxley Health Centre in particular, but not exclusively. To provide medical equipment not normally provided by the local authority and provide a medical library and medical resource centre for help and advice.
