FINANCI.4L REVIEW Financial position The financial ststements show ihe oveTall position of the Charity as at 31 December 2024 and its income and expenditure for the year ended that date. Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner The chariry's tnisrees are responsible for the prepardtion of the accounts in accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (S¢otland) Act 2(K)5 and the Charities Accounts (Scoiland) Regulations 2006 (as amended). The charity's tn￿le¢S consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1 )(a) to (c) of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounls as required under Section 44(1)(c) of the Act and to stat whether particular matters have come to my atteniion. Basis of the independent examiner's report My examination was carried out in accordance M'ith Regulation I l of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
