Objects: For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Eltham And The Surrounding Area To Associate With Voluntary Organisations, And The Said Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Provide In The Interest Of Social Welfare Such Swimming And Associated Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisuretime Occupation With The Objectives Of Making Such Facilities Fully Accessible To People With Disabilities, Encouraging Those People Who Do Not Traditionally Use Swimming Pools To Do So And Improve The Conditions Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.
