(11) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN HEALTH CARE BY THE PROVISION OF LECTURES, FORUMS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND THE PUBLICATION OF NMEWSLETTERS DEVOTED TO HEALTH CARE.
