major improvem¢n¢s were made a¢ross staff training, a key area of d¢velopmenl in our last report.
Social investments
The Trusiees have a due regard lo guidance published by the ¢harities ¢ommission on publi¢ ben¢fit. Our principal
source of income is through re¢eipt of fees paid by members for coaching and ¢lasses. Thes¢ are calculated lo cover ihc
carefully tnanagtd costs of the Club with a stnall surplus. Fees are graduatcd in rate per hour costs frotn £2.66 to £13.61.
Through the year, whilst easing, inflationary pressures and the general cost of living remained acute. The Club has
implemeiited a 5-year budgeting Process to tacilitate effective managcment of cost to members but also Club costs.
The fre model adopted places thc highest cost per hour on those who attend frir one hour per week for gcncral
gymnastics. The rate per hour is deliberately tapered with each additional hour's attendancc to allow those ivho train for
the longest hours to continue to participate mindfijl of affordability.
