Approval for government funding for eligible two, three and four year olds has been confirmed following the submission of the local agreement. Happy Faces opens six hours a day to help working parents use their 30hours funding entitlement. Happy Faces is still sustainable for the coming year, numbers are due to rise after October due to younger children on the waiting list.
