Approval for government funding for eligible two, three and four year olds has been confirmed following the submission of the local agreement. Happy Faces has increased opening hours to six a day to stay competitive and help working parents use their 30hours funding entitlement.
Happy Faces is still sustainable for the coming year, a staff member will be returning from maternity leave in January.
