8. Committees

8.1. All committee members are trustees of the charity and have control over the association, its property and money. 8.2. Committee members are elected at an AGM and hold office until the next AGM. 8.3. Committee members, except any that are co-opted, will be members of the association. 8.4. Committee members will have the power to coopt other members at any time. 8.5. Co-opted committee members will serve until the date of the next AGM. 8.6. The total number of co-opted committee members will not exceed 50 percent of the number of committee members. 8.7. Nominations for election to the committee can be made by any members of the association and seconded by another. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 07 / 2022 .

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the basis of report preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material examiner's matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed statement below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:  accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or  the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
