Objectives: .The objectives of the charity are
(l) The advancement of the Christian religion by the proclamation and furtherance of the Gospel of
God, concerning His Son Jesus Christ the Lord, and preaching and teaching of the word of God,
by the church.
(2) Such other charitable purposes as shall further the attainment of the above objects of the
church, or any of them.
(3) The furtherance of other charitable work of the church consistent with the statement.
Management:
The management of the church is by a church leadership team (church council) which meets formally
every three months.
Activities:
The church operates from its freehold premises in Gladstone Street, Crosskeys. Where the regular
Sunday and mid-week services take place.
All of these are open to everyone of whatever age, colour or creed. Members of the church also make
regular visits to care homes and those who can no longer attend the church.
Other activities apart from the religious meetings include a thriving weekly Toddler group.
Some of the local schools come to the church for their Harvest Festival and Carol services.
Church Refurbishment & Other Work.
Refurbishment of the church, first built 1914, continues to take place as funds allow, bringing the whole
building up to a good standard. The work is carried out by volunteers except for work controlled through
legislation or beyond our capabilities.

We continue to make contributions of well overl/lO of our income to various Missionary and
community needs.
The church building consists of the main hall and a minor hall that is used for mid-week meetings and
the Toddler's play group.

On 12 December 2025 the church became a CIO- Charity Incorporated Organisation.

The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts The
charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under
section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 {the Charities Act) and that an
independent examination is needed.

to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission (under section 145{5)Ibl of the Charities Act, and
to slate whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given
