The leadership is made up of the pastor, who is the spiritual leader and teacher. The church Elder who oversees the church.
The Governance of the church is made up of Board members who oversee the operation of the church and make decisions, and the Congregation who have voting rights and input in decision-making.
Ministries: Involves worship through music, and prayer. Discipleship however, involves Bible studies, small groups, and spiritual growth.
Outreach involves Evangelism.
The church secretary handles the administrative tasks, and the Treasurer manages the finances and budgeting.
However, in mentioning the achievements and performance of the church, we have been able to engage with the community through evangelism, and through that we had some of the community members joining the church. We had one convert who was baptised and now a member. Again, we have been able to create an online prayer group, which continues to unite the members. We were able to send food to the Food Bank, donations to three charity groups.
Objectives for the next year.
We intend to Increase attendance by 20% at worship centre, increase our community outreach programs to allow community engagement Expand the youth and children ministry, to allow more participation in church activities Enhance support services for members such as counseling, and prayer Develop evangelism training for members in the first quarter.

AUDITORS REPORT
At the moment, the income of the church is low, and the church’s expenditure exceeds the income, and the church is not able to pay for the Auditor to audit the accounts of the church.
