**Activities:** The role of the Friend's of St Mary's Church Orlestone is to raise money for the upkeep of St Mary's Church.  As the church, dated as 11th to 13th century, is a distance away from the main village it is not considered a convenient venue for village worship. We the "Friends" fought to keep the church going by providing money for maintainance and limited worship.
