**Objects:** THE TRUST PROPERTY SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A PARISH ROOM FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CIVIL PARISH OF KINGS CAPLE IN THE COUNTY OF HEREFORD AND WORCESTER WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** As the premier social location in the village the objects of the CIO is to maximise the availability of the village hall through timely maintenance, improvements and delivery of safe facilities and excellent services for the benefit of local residents and visitors alike. It is charged with generating revenue through hall hire. All profits must be reinvested into the facility.
