**Activities:** Although not exclusively, the Charity was formed to provide a vehicle for charitable disbursements by the Founder and members of his family who may wish to make use of the facility. Each donor who subscribes funds to the charity is kept advised of the balance of his account, and is free to propose or make donations to such charitable causes or needy individuals as he or she may wish to benefit.
