(3) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN ENVIRONMENTAL AND HERITAGE MATTERS IN THE ROCKINGHAM FOREST AND OF THE WAYS OF CONSERVING,PROTECTING AND IMPROVING THE SAME.
