**Objects:** RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF REFUGEES THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND ADVICE,AN INTERPRETING SERVICE,AND EMPLOYMENT AND HOUSING SCHEMES; (2)ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC,AND PARTICULARLY REFUGEES,BY THE PROVISION OF LANGUAGE CLASSES; (3) RELIEVE THE AGED AND THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED;AND PROVIDE RECREATIONAL OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH,WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
