(2) TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD WHO ARE SUFFERING HARDSHIP AS A RESULT OF DROUGHT, EARTHQUAKE, FLOOD OR OTHER NATURAL DISASTER OR WHO BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CONDITIONS ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE. (3) TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING PHYSICAL TRAINING AND MUSICAL TRAINING) OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER.
