Welfare B8nefils accounled for 41 Ya of all issues with money advice (Debt and Financial Capabllily) accounling for 40 % of issues. During a period where cost of living and energy cosls have continued lo impact on the lives of IMAr clienls. Ihere has also b8on an increase in the number of issues facing each clienl seeking oui help aiid support. Throuqh Ihls year, we hav8 continued to focus on the accessibility of our servlces, including the implfimenlatlon of a WhalsApp messaging service lo allow Ihe more efficient booking of appoinlmenls.
