**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREAS KNOWN AS PILANDS WOOD, WARWICK GARDENS AND OLD NETLEY, AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** To encourage those living in its area of benefit, to use their Community Centre as a step up to learning skills and springboard to employment, to develop social and interactive skills and networks and to pursue hobbies and other interests. Also to obtain sufficient funds from the lettings to meet the financial requirements to keep the building in good repair and support community based projects.
