Achievements and Performance

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to the<br>circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a whole.|Para 1.20|The national lockdowns resulted in a<br>suspension of all activities.<br>With the easing of restrictions, we were able<br>once again to offer the community a place to<br>gather and socialise at the coffee mornings and<br>social evenings.<br>Bonfire night 2021 proved extremely popular<br>and the committee were forced to turn people<br>away from the door. The large numbers were<br>not expected, but due to social media vast<br>numbers from outside the locale arrived. As it<br>was an un-ticketed event some villagers were<br>unable to enter the hall. The committee have<br>noted this and subsequent events may be<br>ticketed to prevent a similar occurrence.<br>2022 will see the return of the fete and duck<br>race in July following a 2-year absence.<br>Further plans include several craft fairs, in aid<br>of local charities and Fiends of Bawburgh<br>Church.|
