**Objects:** RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF BAWDESWELL WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR SUCH ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS

**Activities:** To maintain the Heath for the benefit of the Bawdeswell villagers and surrounding areas.In former times the Charity was set up to provide coal for old people in need.  This is no longer required and so in lieu the Trustees now give a small Grant of cash to residents of the village who have suffered bereavement.
