The Junction provides learning & social opportunities, advice and support for people with learning disabilities, learning difficulties and physical disabilities who might otherwise have little community interaction. Activities and courses include basic literacy & numeracy, computer skills, pottery, dance, drama, music, exercise, employment skills, history Mon-Fri-10-4pm 49 weeks per year.
Objects: The Relief Of Elderly,sick Or Handicapped Persons, In Particular By The Provision Of Information,advice,education And Training For Such Persons And Their Carers.to Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities,in The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Persons Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Age,youth Infirmity Or Disablement,poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life. To Promote Such Other Chatitable Purposes For The Benefit Of Persons In Harrogate.
