INDEPENDENTEXAMINERS REPORT
FOR THEYEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025
Ind
min
th
rwh
I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity ("the Trust") for
the year ended 31" March 2025 covering pages 2 and 3.
Responsibilities
As the Charity Trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance withthe requirements of the CharitiesAct 2011 {'theAct'). TheTrustees considerthat
an audit is not required forthis year undersection 144 of the 2011 Act and that an independent
examination is needed under Section 145 of the 2011 Act.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable directions given by
the Charity Commission under section 145{51(b} of the Act. An examination includes a review of
the accounting records kept by the ¢h8rity and a comparison of the accounts presented with
those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts
and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide allthe evidence that would be required in an audit. and consequently
I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention
in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
Accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section
130 of the Act.
The accounts do not accord with the accounting records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination
to which attention should be drawn in orderto enable a proper understanding of the accounts to
be reached.
