**Activities:** Due to the imminent retirement of the Director the Trustees agreed that all funds should be distributed to organisations with whom we have worked since our inception. Funds have been gifted to The Treloar Trust; White Lodge Centre; PACE; Advance &Carers UK and the Bank Accounts are now empty and closed.
