**Objects:** 4.1 The Charity's objects are:4.1.1 to prevent people from becoming socially excluded; and4.1.2 to support the needs of those who are socially excluded and assist them in acquiring a settled way of life in their community, including through the provision of supported accommodation where appropriate.For the purposes of the objects, socially excluded means excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of one or more of the following factors: homelessness; trauma; unemployment; financial hardship; disability; physical or mental health; migration; experience of the public care or penal system.

**Activities:** Our team of staff members and volunteers work alongside people to overcome the challenges they face in life. We do this to work towards our ultimate goal of solving homelessness and helping people achieve independence.
