**Objects:** TO APPLY THE CHARITY'S INCOME AS FOLLOWS:-  (1) ONE THIRD FOR THE ENDOWMENT OF AN ECCLESIASTICAL CHARITY - THE CHURCH REPAIR CHARITY (SAXTEAD) - FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF ALL SAINTS CHURCH, SAXTEAD  (2) TWO THIRDS FOR THE ENDOWMENT OF AN EDUCATIONAL AND ELEEMOSYNARY CHARITY - NOW CALLED THE SAXTEAD WELFARE TRUST

**Activities:** One third net income for upkeep of fabric of All Saints Church Saxtead. Two thirds to Saxtead Welfare Trust for providing assistance in cases of need, hardship or distress to people living or working in the Parish of Saxtead. Need is viewed as including limited assistance to apprentices and to students entering higher education.
