Objects: 1) To Advance The Christian Religion And In Particular For The Restoration, Preservation, Repair, Maintenance, Improvement, Beautification And Reconstruction Of The Church Of The Holy Innocents, Highnam Or The Church Of St Mary's, Rudford Or The Church Of The Holy Trinity, Tibberton Or The Church Of St Lawrence, Taynton Or Any Of Them All Of Which Are In The Diocese Of Gloucester And The County Of Gloucestershire And Which Are Collectively Known As The Highnam Benefice Churches, And Of The Monuments, Fittings, Fixtures, Stained Glass, Furniture, Ornaments And Chattels In Any Of The Churches Anbd Of The Churchyard Belonging To Any Of The Churches. 2) For The Benefit Of The People Of The Said County Gloucestershire And The Said Diocese To Preserve, Repair, Maintain, Improve, Beautify And Reconstruct Any Or All Of The Highnam Benefice Churches As A Building Of Historical Importance Or Architectural Value In The Event Of Any Of The Said Churches Being Declared Redundant By A Pastoral Scheme Under The Pastoral Measure 1983 Or Otherwise Ceasing To Be Used Regularly For Public Worship And The Monuments, Fittings, Fixtures, Stained Glass, Furniture, Ornaments And Chattels In Such Said Churches And The Churchyards Belonging Thereto.
