This process has not yet been completed. Hawk Green Band and The Marple Band have continued to run as they have always done, planning their activities keeping in mind the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. There is no proper management structure charity and all efforts have been focussed on the replacement CIOs. The annual return for 2022/23 was eventually submitted 154 days late. The individuals previously responsible for running the bandroom have continued to do so to the best of their abilities.
