Thank you for doing an independent review of the PTFA accounts.
These accounts cover the period 01/09/2023 to 31/08/2024.
I have attached the receipt and payment accounts, which is what we need to submit for our annual return, as our income exceeded £25,000.
I have also attached the bank account details (current and savings account). Lastly I have attached a random selection of receipts/invoices (and highlighted the related transactions in our accounts).
If you could look at the accounts provided and agree these to bank statements and perform some sample testing back to receipts and invoices. And let me know if you have any issues to raise?
For the current size, volume and nature of the transactions, we believe this ‘cash book’ approach to recording and reporting the finances is appropriate.
Please confirm via email once you have completed the independent review.
