Provided That Candidates Of These Benefits Shall Be Residents Of The Member Jmaats/organisations Forming The Federation Of K.s.i. Jamaat Of Africa Or The Other Shia Ithna-Asheries Who Are Deserving Of Assistance As Per The Decision Of The Education Board Of Africa Federation
