**Objects:** (A)TO ASSIST THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND PARISH OF CHURCH LANGLEY AND THE UNITED REFORMED CHURCH EASTERN PROVINCE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE CHURCHES") IN THE PROMOTION OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY MAKING AVAILABLE  A SUITABLE BUILDING OR BUILDINGS IN WHICH THE CHURCHES ARE ABLE TO LEAD PUBLIC WORSHIP; (B) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CHURCH LANGLEY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONALITY OR RACE, OR OF RELIGIOUS, POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTRESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE -TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** To maintain and manage a combined Church and Community Centre at Church Langley, Harlow,  Essex, in order to enhance the lives of the residents by the provision of leisure and community facilities and to assist the C of E parish of Church Langley and the Eastern Priovince of the URC by the provision of a building suitable for public worship.
