Objects: (A) The Relief Of Young Persons In South West Hertfordshire Area Between The Ages Of 14 And 21 Years Who Are Homeless Or Otherwise In Necessitous Circumstances In Particular By The Provision Of An Advisory And Information Service And Through Access To A Counselling Service. (B) To Educate And Assist Young Persons Between The Ages Of 14 And 21 Years Through Their Leisure - Time Activities So As To Develop Their Physical, Mental And Spiritual Capacities That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society And That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved.
