Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21  The surplus of £8000 represents a<br>financial position at the end  continuation of high child numbers. We will<br>of the period  be looking to use these funds to ensure<br>adequate levels of staff, and to improve the<br>equipment.<br>Our healthy financial position has enabled us<br>to take on new staff this year and provide<br>staff training.<br>Statement explaining the  Para 1.22  Reserves are held in Coventry Building<br>policy for holding reserves  Society account, and to be used for<br>stating why they are held  redundancy payment in case of closure. Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of your charity’s accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (“the 2011 Act”).
