**Objects:** TO ENCOURAGE, IMPROVE AND EXTEND THE CULTIVATION OF CLEMATIS AND TO DISSEMINATE KNOWLEDGE OF CLEMATIS AND CLEMATIS CULTURE BY MEANS OF PUBLICATIONS, PROMOTIONS, EXHIBITIONS, SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, NATIONAL CO-OPERATION AND EXCHANGE, MEETINGS, CONFERENCES AND OTHER APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** The aims of the Charity are to encourage, improve and extend the cultivation of clematis and to disseminate knowledge of clematis and clematis culture by means of publications, promotions, exhibitions, scientific research, national co-operation and exchange, meetings, conferences, horticultural shows  and other appropriate activities.
