**Objects:** FOR THE RELIEF OF NEED AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WHO LIVE OR WORK IN THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA, AND IN PARTICULAR, THOSE WHO ARE ERITREAN OR OF ERITREAN DESCENT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:-  (A) BY RELIEVING THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS (ESPECIALLY BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING FOR SUCH PERSONS) AND, (B) BY ADVANCING EDUCATION INCLUDING EDUCATION IN THE ARABIC AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES.

**Activities:** EPCA aims to raise aspirations, educational achievement of young children from refugee background and equip them with skills that will increase their employability. EPCA believes that providing community based education for children & their families and widening their participation in learning leads towards building stronger and healthy communities.
