(3) THE CONDUCT OF RESEARCH INTO ALL ASPECTS OF LEARNING DISABILTIES AND THE OPTIMUM CARE OF SUCH PERSONS WITH SUCH DISABILITIES AND THE DISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH
