**Objects:** 1) THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT, BEAUTIFICATION OF THE CHURCH OF ST MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL, NEWQUAY AND OF THE MONUMENTS, FIXTURES, FITTINGS, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND CHURCHYARD.  2) TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF NEWQUAY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.  3) TO MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF NEWQUAY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN THE ARTS GENERALLY AND IN PARTICULAR BY HOSTING CONCERTS, PLAYS AND EXHIBITIONS OF THE WORK OF ARTISTS AND CRAFTSMEN.

**Activities:** 1) The restoration, preservation, repair, maintenance, improvement, beautification of the Church of St Michael the Archangel, Newquay, and of the monuments, fixtures, fittings, stained glass, furniture, ornaments and chattels in the church and churchyard.2) To assist in the provision of a Community Centre for the benefit of the inhabitants of Newquay and the surrounding area.
